T3NME is an overarching concept that I use as the framework for my health and wellness coaching sessions. It basically means that central to any true and lasting movement towards health and wellness is the need for partnership with God, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit and You.

The Healthy Living Personal Program

The first step in a health and wellness program is to determine your personal health inventory.  What really matters to you in your life.  What brings you a sense of joy and happiness. How is your physical well-being, your mental and emotional well-being, how is it to live your life day-to-day.  The next step is to determine where you are and where you would like to be - what is your vision. 

What areas you would like to work on and where might you start.  Then the fun really begins - the actually being and doing.

The unique aspect of T3NME is that all steps are focused on understanding and strengthening your relationship with God - which is where the true wellness and freedom dwell.
